Welcome to Koreva World Beauty Academy. By enrolling in our clinical masterclasses, purchasing online programs, or residing in our student accommodation facilities in Gwangju, South Korea, you enter into a binding legal agreement subject to the following terms.

1Admissions & Eligibility Requirements
Enrollment in Koreva World Beauty Academy masterclasses is open to international beauty professionals, dermatologists, aestheticians, and aspiring clinic founders aged 18 years or older.
Valid Travel Documentation: International attendees are solely responsible for procuring valid passport travel documents and South Korean tourist/short-term entry visas (K-ETA / C-3 Visa where applicable).
Prerequisite Verification: Certain advanced master programs (e.g., Trainer Program or Advanced Aesthetician Certification) may require submission of prior aesthetic credentials or clinical experience.
2Tuition Fees & Payment Terms
Tuition prices are published in United States Dollars (USD) or South Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of practical training equipment, sterile treatment kits, lecture materials, and standard certification assessment.
• Seat Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable registration deposit or full tuition payment is required to lock your specific workshop cohort dates due to strict maximum 12-student capacity limits per masterclass.
• Payment Methods: We accept international credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Merchant of Record (Paddle.com) Disclosure:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles order checkout, processes credit/debit card and digital wallet transactions, calculates and remits applicable international taxes and VAT, and provides customer billing support and refunds in coordination with Koreva World Beauty Academy.
3Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Because our clinical programs require dedicated live models, sterilized consumables, and private instructor reservations:
More than 30 Days Prior: 100% refund of refundable tuition balance (or free date rescheduling to any subsequent cohort within 12 months).
15 to 30 Days Prior: 50% tuition refund or date transfer with a $150 administrative rescheduling fee.
Less than 14 Days / No-Show: Tuition is non-refundable due to reserved live treatment models, prepared aesthetic ampoules, and booked room accommodations.
4Clinical Hands-On & Device Protocol Safety
During masterclass training, students operate professional Korean medical-aesthetic devices (e.g., Fractional RF, HIFU, Cryo-Electroporation, Plasma, LED Phototherapy) under the direct supervision of certified Korean faculty.
Mandatory Sanitation & Hygiene Standards
Students must strictly adhere to hospital-grade disinfection protocols, wear sterile nitrile gloves, utilize single-use sterilized cartridge needles where required, and never operate device energy levels above instructed parameters.
5Certification & Assessment Standards
Official Koreva World Beauty Academy Diplomas and Korean Aesthetic Partner Association certificates are awarded exclusively upon successful completion of required attendance (minimum 90% attendance), practical hands-on assessments, and instructor verification.
• Credential Authenticity: All issued certificates carry a registered authentication hologram and unique serial number verifiable internationally via our official credentials registry.
6Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure
All course manuals, clinical formulations, step-by-step protocol diagrams, proprietary skin diagnosis frameworks, and online streaming video lectures are the exclusive intellectual property of Koreva World Beauty Academy.
• Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale: Students may use techniques learned in their own professional client practices. However, reproducing, republishing, reselling, or public broadcasting of Koreva instructional videos or curriculum manuals is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Korean and international copyright law.
7Accommodation & Campus Facility Rules
For students staying at our campus residences in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do:
Rooms are private or designated shared suites equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, and access to campus kitchen amenities.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure adequate rest for clinical training.
Non-enrolled guests or unregistered visitors are not permitted in residential suites without prior written administrative authorization.
8Student Code of Conduct & Termination
We foster a respectful, professional, multicultural learning environment. Koreva reserves the right to suspend or expel any student without refund in cases of:
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward fellow students, instructors, or treatment models.
• Willful damage to high-precision aesthetic machinery or academy property.
• Academic dishonesty, falsification of credentials, or unauthorized commercial copying of materials.
9Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Koreva World Beauty Academy is a vocational professional aesthetic institute. Our courses teach non-invasive aesthetic protocols, cosmetic device operation, and skincare management.
• Scope of Practice: Graduates are solely responsible for ensuring their treatments comply with the aesthetic licensing laws, medical board regulations, and device operational scope of their home country or jurisdiction.
• Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koreva's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your enrollment shall not exceed the total tuition amount paid by you.
10Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
