Because practical masterclasses at our Gwangju campus require pre-arranging personal Korean treatment models, custom sterile ampoules, and specialized faculty reservations, cancellation terms depend on how far in advance notice is provided:
Full tuition refund or 1 free cohort date rescheduling within 12 months.
50% tuition refund or date transfer with a $150 administrative rescheduling fee.
Non-refundable due to reserved live models, custom ampoules, and booked room slots.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all educational purchases, workshop registrations, student accommodations, and professional device transactions made through Koreva World Beauty Academy (operated in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea).
By completing an enrollment transaction or paying a course seat reservation deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these terms.
To maintain our international gold-standard of clinical education, our workshops are capped at a strict maximum of 10 to 12 students per cohort. Every student is paired with dedicated live clinical demonstration models and customized cosmetic device stations.
You are eligible for a 100% refund of your refundable tuition balance, or you may transfer your full credit toward any future available cohort date scheduled within 12 months without penalty.
You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total tuition fee paid. Alternatively, you may reschedule your training cohort to a future date by paying a one-time administrative and rebooking fee of $150 USD.
Tuition fees are strictly non-refundable. Less than 14 days before class commencement, clinic models have been compensated, specialized single-use device cartridges and clinical ampoules have been unsealed, and international faculty schedules have been confirmed.
We understand that international travel and visa processes can occasionally present unexpected hurdles. Koreva World Beauty Academy provides a compassionate exception policy for students whose visa application is officially rejected.
Official Visa Refusal Conditions:
Koreva offers high-definition streaming masterclasses, proprietary protocols, clinical manuals, and downloadable treatment consent forms through our digital learning portal.
• 14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of online course purchase, provided that you have viewed less than 20% of the video curriculum.
• Downloaded Curriculum & Certificates: Once official Koreva clinical protocol manuals, formulation recipe sheets, or digital completion certificates have been accessed or downloaded, digital purchases become non-refundable in order to protect academy intellectual property.
Many students purchase professional Korean skincare devices (e.g., Fractional RF machines, Cryo-Electroporation units, Aqua Peeling equipment) and professional treatment ampoule kits.
Sterile Hygiene & Health Regulations
Due to strict Republic of Korea medical hygiene regulations, sterile ampoules, micro-needle cartridges, and treatment serums with broken manufacturer safety seals are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Defective Equipment Warranty: Any hardware aesthetic device exhibiting manufacturing defects upon receipt will be repaired or replaced with a brand-new factory unit free of charge in accordance with our 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty.
For international students reserving residential lodging at our dedicated academy housing suites in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do:
Students who encounter scheduling conflicts may request to transfer their enrollment to any upcoming masterclass cohort within 12 months from the original date.
• First Reschedule (30+ Days in Advance): Complimentary (no administrative fee).
• Secondary Reschedule or 15–30 Days Notice: Incurs a $150 USD administrative re-booking fee to adjust model schedules and campus clinical stations.
• Student Substitute Transfer: If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a licensed professional colleague from your clinic to attend in your place at no extra charge, provided written notice is given at least 7 days prior.
The following fees and charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment via our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, PayPal, or Apple Pay).
Refunds issued through Paddle.com are credited back to your original payment card or digital wallet within 3 to 10 business days following academic finance approval.
Refunds are submitted within 3 to 5 business days. Your card issuer may take 5 to 10 additional business days to credit your statement.
Transferred within 7 to 10 business days. Standard international SWIFT intermediary wire transfer charges are deducted from the refunded sum.
We encourage all students to contact our administration desk directly to resolve any billing questions, enrollment changes, or scheduling conflicts amicably.
Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the academy violates your enrollment agreement. If a chargeback is initiated, student portal access, certification verification records, and future course enrollment eligibility will be suspended pending resolution.
